What you are learning is that the beauty of your skin has a lot to do with the food you eat. You can't forget about water. The new rule of thumb is to drink half your body's weight and water. This helps to remove sludge that may back up in your intestines, as well as remove toxins through your system.
It's important to have a basic regimen as part of your wellness, when caring for your skin topically. A good system to have in place would be to cleanse, tone and moisturize daily. Once a week, you would add a mask to your regimen. Twice a week you would add an exfoliant to your regimen. And for those of you that might be concerned with fine lines and wrinkles, you would add a face serum.
A good way to find this type of regimen is to look for sample kits. The sample kit will enable you to try the product line and determine what works best for you before you purchase full-sizes.
