When your diet is healthier, your hair is healthier. The same rule applies to the products you use.
Eliminating fried foods, fatty foods and sugar allows you to nourish your body with the right foods. Your hair will respond accordingly based on the nutrients it gets from your body.
There are times when heredity and chemicals found in hair care products will also play a role. Some of the most common problems found with hair are dry scalp, hair loss, dandruff and oily scalp.
